Getting started and process

How do I start a project with you?

Pick the service that fits – Start a project, Fix my online presence, Plan my device or Automate my workflow – and fill in the short form. It takes about 3 minutes. We review your goals and current setup, and within 2 days you get a plan, scope and price estimate by email, with no obligation.

How quickly will I get an estimate?

Within 2 days of your form. We analyse your request, and if something is unclear we email you or book a short call. You then get a clear scope, timeline and price estimate by email. There is no obligation to go ahead.

Is the first call free?

Yes. The intro call is free, and so are all calls during your project. We only charge for consultation outside a project: €55 per started hour. That covers things like an expert review or advice when you don't need us to build anything.

What does your process look like?

Five steps: you tell us what you need through a short form; we analyse your request; you get a plan and price by email within 2 days; we build in short milestones with a staging link you can check anytime, and you approve before launch; then we do a tested launch with monitoring, backups and support.

Who will I actually work with?

You work directly with Nemanja Vukmirović, the founder, who plans and builds your project himself. He has 15+ years of hands-on work with technology and experience across field operations, logistics, accounting, real estate, regulation, defence and energy efficiency. No account managers or hand-offs: the person you talk to is the person building it.

Cost and payment

How much does a project cost?

Every project is quoted individually, so we don't publish a price list. After the free intro call or your form, you get a scope and price estimate within 2 days. For Serbian clients prices include VAT, and every digital product comes with a year of free maintenance and monitoring.

How do payments work?

You pay 18% to start and the rest on delivery. Projects over €4,000 start with 18% and are then paid per milestone, so you only pay for work you have seen on the staging link. Invoices are sent by email and paid by direct bank transfer.

Do I pay VAT?

Only if you are in Serbia. For Serbian clients all prices include VAT (PDV), so the estimate is the amount you pay. Clients outside Serbia, in the EU or US, are not charged Serbian VAT; your invoice shows the net amount in EUR or USD.

How much do you charge for consultation?

Standalone consultation outside a project costs €55 per started hour (VAT included for Serbian clients). Intro calls and all calls during a project are free. Use consultation when you want an expert opinion – for example a review of your site, architecture or automation idea – without hiring us to build.

In which currency do you invoice?

Serbian clients pay in RSD and receive invoices through SEF, the Serbian e-invoicing system (Lizzard Solutions is registered for VAT in Serbia). EU clients are invoiced in EUR and US clients in USD, by email, paid by direct bank transfer. The currency is stated in your estimate.

What is not included in the price?

Your estimate lists exactly what is included. Usually not included: features outside the agreed scope (quoted separately), third-party fees such as domains, hosting, paid APIs or AI usage, and for devices the cost of parts, manufacturing and certification. Anything extra is agreed with you before we do it.

Timeline

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope – from about a week for smaller jobs to several months for larger products and devices. The estimate you get by email within 2 days states the exact timeline, and work starts 7 days after everything is signed. We work in short milestones, so you see progress throughout.

When can you start?

Work starts 7 days after everything is signed and agreed – the estimate accepted, any NDA signed and the 18% deposit paid. That week is used to plan the first milestone and set up your staging link.

How do I follow progress?

We build in short milestones and give you a staging link you can check anytime. You see real working software, not just status reports, and you approve before anything goes live. Calls during the project are free whenever you want to discuss changes.

Ownership, NDA and security

Who owns the code and the product?

You do. After full payment, you own the code and IP created for your project, and you get full access to repositories and accounts. Open-source libraries keep their own licences.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We sign mutual NDAs on request and have our own standard mutual NDA ready, so we can sign before you share details. If you prefer your own NDA, send it and we will review it.

How do you handle security and personal data?

We are GDPR-compliant and offer a data processing agreement (DPA) to EU clients. Security is built in from the start: for example Konverter uses HTTP-only cookies, CSRF tokens, role-based access, rate limiting and encrypted files at rest.

Where will my product be hosted?

On Cloudflare by default (Workers, Pages, D1, R2), as with Konverter and Klijentli, because it is fast, secure and affordable. Hosting accounts can be in your name, so you keep full control. If you need another provider, we agree that in the estimate.

Maintenance and support

What happens after launch?

Every digital product includes 1 year of free maintenance and monitoring after launch – for devices this covers firmware and cloud too. After the first year, maintenance continues for a fee of 7–19%. Monitoring and backups are set up at launch.

What does free maintenance include?

For 1 year after launch: small edits and adjustments, security updates, monitoring, and anything else needed to keep your product running. For devices it also covers firmware and cloud. New features and larger changes are quoted separately.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Bugs in work we delivered are fixed free for the whole free maintenance year. Fixes for problems caused by third-party changes (for example an external API or platform update) or by out-of-scope work are quoted separately. We launch only after you approve the staging version.

Can you take over and maintain an existing product?

Yes. We start with a review of the code and infrastructure – hosting, security, dependencies and documentation – then send an estimate within 2 days for fixes and ongoing maintenance. A standalone review outside a project is billed as consultation at €55 per started hour.

Working remotely

Do you work with clients outside Serbia?

Yes. We are based in Bor, Serbia and work remotely with startups and mid-sized companies across the EU and the US. EU clients are invoiced in EUR and US clients in USD. Calls, staging links and email keep you involved wherever you are.

When can we have a call?

Book any slot in our public scheduling calendar – it is open across the whole day, which suits both EU and US time zones. If no slot works for you, send an email and we will arrange a call after working hours.

Which languages do you work in?

English and Serbian. Estimates, documentation and calls can be in either language, and we build multilingual websites and apps.

Do we ever need to meet in person?

No – everything works remotely through free video calls, a staging link and email. If you prefer, in-person meetings are possible too.

Services

What technologies do you use?

Any stack you already use – we work with your existing code and tools. For new builds we pick the best fit for the job, usually React and TypeScript with Cloudflare hosting by default, and explain the choice in your estimate.

Can you make my business show up in ChatGPT and Google AI answers?

We make your site easy for AI search to read and cite: open crawler access, llms.txt, structured data, answer-first content and listings where AI tools look. No one can guarantee rankings or mentions, but we fix what blocks you and give you a prioritised list of what helps.

Can you build a connected device from scratch?

Yes, from sensor to dashboard: requirements, parts, circuit board design, firmware, cloud and dashboard, then prototype testing. Our own product Senzorika is an example – its software is tested on a dev board and the hardware is in prototyping. Firmware and cloud are covered by the free maintenance year.

What can automation actually save us?

It depends on your process, so we start with a workflow review. For Eksterna DOO we built Konverter, which saved 100+ hours across 600+ invoices by replacing manual spreadsheet work with an upload, convert, translate and export flow. Your estimate within 2 days shows what we would automate first.
